This is our starting place for the planning process.
The online form you’ll find there is a basic listing of many of the things that go on at a reception. My experience is that most of it will be applicable – some of it may not but it gives us a starting place to work from. We ask that it be completed a month before your affair. Also at this time (a month before the reception) we ask you to tell us what songs we might need to learn. We will learn up to two songs not on the band’s current song list. You can find a current song list here on our website.
You will not need to print and send the online wedding form. That’s a huge part of the beauty of it. Once you’ve been into the file the database sends me a notice letting me know you’ve been there and filled out the information. We’ve put this in place in order to make your life easier, lessen the chances of mistakes and to help the environment by using less paper and going green!
